Four reasons why homes do not sell.
If your home has been on the market for a while and it hasn't sold, maybe it's time to take a long, hard look at this list of four reasons why homes do not sell.
1. The price is too high
This is the number one reason why homes don't even receive an offer. Reduce your price to get it sold!
2. It's in a poor location
There's not much you can do about this except to adjust the list price.
3. The property is not in top condition

4. The property is difficult to show
If a home can't be shown, it can't be sold. Make your home easy to show by installing a lockbox. It'll make a big difference. |
